Second edition of the camps organized by UNOSDP, an agency in the office of the United Nations commissioned for the development of sport and peace, with the purpose of implementing sports programs in third-world countries or places at war.

Attending Countries: Kenya, South Africa, Burundi, Zambia, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Tanzania, Namibia, Lesotho an Palestine.

Participants: 27 young coordinators of sports programs.

Responsibility of Play and Train: Play and Train was the organization in charge of preparing and carrying out the activities devoted to sports for disabled people.

Performed Workshops: Introduction to the Paralympic Movement, Disability and Barriers, Paralympic School Day, Practice of Paralympic Sports (boccia, sitting volleyball, basketball, goalball, and football 5 and 7).

Impact: 27 youngsters from 11 different countries and their communitiesunosdp camp 2

Segunda edición de los campamentos organizados por la UNOSDP, agencia encargada para el desarrollo del deporte y la paz dentro de la oficina de Naciones Unidas, con el fin de implementar programas deportivos en regiones del tercer mundo o en situación de conflictos bélicos.

Países Asistentes: Kenia, South Africa, Burundi, Zambia, Uganda, Zimbabue, Ghana, Tanzania, Namibia, Lesoto y Palestina.

Participantes: 27 jóvenes coordinadores de programas deportivos.

Responsabilidad de Play and Train: Play and Train fue la organización encargada de preparar y realizar las actividades dedicadas al deporte dirigido a las personas con discapacidad.

Workshops realizados: Introducción al Movimiento Paralímpico, Discapacidad y barreras, Día Paralímpico en la Escuela, Práctica de deportes paralímpicos (boccia, sitting volleyball, basketball , goalball, futbol 5 y 7).

Impacto: 27 jóvenes de 11 países diferentes y sus comunidades.
