The Corporate Values programme helps companies to discover the individual strengths of each member of their team and, by adding them all together, seeks to bring out the collective strengths. The programme is carried out in different formats: digital, face-to-face or through a recreational-sports activity. The training programme can be subsidised by FUNDAE.

Mundo Play offers the design of services for the group of clients with a disability, allowing them to travel alone or with their family with peace of mind, given that at the destination they will receive all the attention and services they may need, from personal assistants to specialised guides. Mariona Masdemont and Sylvana Mestre have been teaching the accessible tourism subject for the last decade in the UIC’s Postgraduate Degree in Accessibility: Universal Design Specialist, directed by Enrique Rovira-Beleta.

Mundo Play offers services to sports centres, mountain resorts, indoor facilities and recreational facilities. In this field, Play and Train has already collaborated in multiple projects advising companies to grow in the world of sport and leisure adapted for people with disabilities.

In 2016 Play and Train together with La Molina received the Partnership Award for the project of the Adapted Sports Centre of the resort awarded by the Catalan sports cluster INDESCAT, thus highlighting the work done for years between the two entities to achieve a ski resort adapted and accessible to everyone.

Mundo Play offers a digital training platform aimed at people, individual professionals and families who want to learn about sport and inclusive physical activity in the natural environment.

On-line education for surfing instructors

Play and Train teaches the Adaptive Surfing Instructor Certification Course in Spanish. The association has been chosen as the entity in charge of translating the manual and delivering the course in Spanish for this certification promoted by the International Surfing Association (ISA).

The aim of the programme is to create a global standard for those working in Adaptive Surfing or therapeutic surfing programmes around the world, ensuring that instructors have the appropriate training and skills necessary to work safely with adaptive surfers.
