José Mª Juncadella Sala
PRESIDENT
Our “polar star”. Coming from the world of business, he has poured all his experience and knowledge into Play and Train, in order to provide solid protocols for action and a solid structural organisation chart. He believes that sport is the best travelling companion and the key tool for achieving a high quality of life. He transmits that important balance between seriousness and leisure and is an expert in dealing with companies.

Gabriel Gorce
VICEPRESIDENT
Ambassador of the term Self-Inclusion, he has turned the label of “disability” into a world of capabilities and strengths. He teaches us that limits are only in the mind. Enthusiastic, cheerful, rigorous and committed, he dedicates his life to helping people develop a high-performance mindset. A Paralympic medallist and runner-up in alpine skiing, he believes in the importance of bringing value to the world in a memorable way.

Sylvana Mestre
CO-FOUNDER
She has revolutionised the Paralympic world. She has not only founded a legacy as Play and Train, but also won countless awards in the world of adapted sport, as well as in the world of women and sport. He holds the “Paralympic Order” and has been a catalyst for our association through Forbes magazine. It is clear to him that in order to achieve goals, it is necessary to “put the meat on the grill”. Inspiring, disruptive, non-conformist and endearing.

Mariona Masdemont
CO-FOUNDER
It’s easy to recognise her anywhere, Mariona is a perennial, glowing smile. Co-founder of Play and Train and the other main pillar of our big family. A born fighter and professional, she seeks to achieve a society in which people with disabilities are contemplated and respected, something she has been promoting for years through sport. She has been responsible for the Catalan Federation of the Physically Disabled in Girona and has been part of the Spanish Paralympic Team as a guide.

Ester Noguera
SPORTS DIRECTOR
A fighter, non-conformist and energetic, Ester works to demonstrate that athletes with disabilities are also elite athletes. She is convinced that the key to success lies in effort and perseverance. Graduated in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and specialised in High Performance Sports, Ester is passionate about competitive sports. She believes that competition is a way of life and brings many values to the growth as a person.

Ana Esteban
PROGRAMME COORDINATOR FUERTEVENTURA
Sweet, cheerful and tireless, Ana is a social educator committed to the planet and social injustices. Although she spent her early life in Madrid, her passion for the sea, nature and sport led her to settle in Fuerteventura, where she has lived for more than five years.

Miquel Pascual
TECHNICAL DIRECTION SURF
He understands sport and nature as the best way and learning ground where to achieve a healthy way of life, share magical moments, grow up developing good values, ability to overcome and respect for the environment. That’s how he grew up and that’s why he tries to transmit it day by day.

Irma Cubilles
CENTER OF LA MOLINA ADMINISTRATOR AND COACH
Graduada en INEFC en la ciudad de Lleida, durante años ha compaginado trabajo como administrativa con campamentos y colonias multiaventura. Dinámica y resolutiva, cuando no está en la oficina la encontraréis en la montaña disfrutando del deporte y la tranquilidad.

Ramon Homs
He has lived with a disability since 1990 as a result of a motorbike accident. Since then, his life has revolved around this disability and the practice of sport with all the benefits that this entailed in terms of self-esteem, improvement and self-improvement. Finally, after a demanding work of performance and constant training, he managed to reach the highest competitive level, participating in the Paralympic skiing Games in Torino 2006. He says that sport has taught him how to live.

Eric Villalón
EXTERNAL CONSULTANT
Eric is one of those people who brightens up the bad days and make the good ones memorable. He has been living with a disability all his life, something that has not prevented him from studying to become an Alpine Ski Technician or an Emergency Medical Technician (Level 2). Eric is multidisciplinary, he has been a salesman for ONCE, Manager of the FCECS, 5 times Paralympic Alpine Skiing World Champion.

Alexia Tauler
INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANT
Alexia pure character and energy. Traveller and totally tireless. Sport is in her DNA. Her professional achievements are many: she spent several years competing as an athlete in the Spanish Ski Team, Sub-Champion of Spain, Champion of Catalonia, her titles are varied. She is a ski sports technician, with a long professional career related to adapted sports. She is currently based in England from where she is still connected with the association.

Mariana Laguna
PSYCHOLOGIST
Mariana believes in people and their abilities, in diversity and self-improvement. For this reason she studied psychology and focused on studying behaviour through movement and dance. Joy and being positive is her driving force in life.

Andrea Planas
WEB DESIGNER
Andrea is one of those people who believe that a picture is worth a thousand words.


Ferran Rigal
SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING COACH
Ferran es un apasionado de la montaña, el mar y el deporte. Alegre, divertido y comprometido, hace más de diez años que pasa los inviernos en la Cerdanya trabajando como monitor de esquí y snowboard. Su pasión por los deportes de deslizamiento lo llevaron a Galicia, donde practica y hace también de monitor de surf cuando se termina la temporada de nieve.
